We want to put our creative slant on all of our projects and make concrete creations that are completely different, to the conventional thinking around concrete. We want to change this thinking and show the world what can be done with such a beautiful material. Our ethos is to break the barriers faced surrounding concrete, be pioneers in developing almost any product from the material, and develop our customer's visions in to a concrete reality.
A tenth annual collection brought about this specially commissioned one-off wonder between Kelham Island Concrete and
Singapore fashion designer, Lai Chan.
Lai wanted to convey the simplicity of love through a pebble-shaped piece, crafted in collaboration with Kelham Island Concrete.
2019 saw Kelham Island Concrete making it through as a finalist in the Natwest Great British Entrepreneur Awards, nominated for a Creative Industries Entrepreneur of the Year award.
